Registration and accommodation

Registration is now open

Before you book

All delegates must pay a registration fee.  Non-members of BASEES are encouraged to join the Association, one benefit being access to a reduced conference fee.  To qualify for a reduced conference fee existing members should renew their membership by 1 April 2024.  Non-members may join during the booking process to take advantage of the reduced conference fee.  See the BASEES website for further details of membership.

Accommodation

On-site accommodation in Robinson College will be booked directly with the College. Please use the code 48865 when making the booking.

Accommodation in Cambridge is expensive, on a par with London prices.  Staying in Robinson College will be cheaper than staying in local hotels, but please remember these are the rooms used by students in term time and are therefore basic in decor and amenities.  There are 2 types of accommodation available to us within the College – En-suite and Standard Rooms.  Twin en-suite bedrooms are also available.  All bedrooms are serviced every day by the renowned Cambridge ‘bedders’.

En-suite rooms have their own shower, toilet and wash basin. Standard rooms have a shared bathroom and are cheaper. Please note that Full English Breakfast is included in the cost of your room and linen and towels are provided.
