Registration is expected to open in late November, when the first draft of the programme is published.
BASEES will allow a limited number of remote paper presentations. If you wish to attend remotely, please indicate so when submitting your proposal. We cannot accept fully remote panels. Remote presentations as part of full panel proposals are limited to one remote presentation in panels with three speakers (excluding the chair) and two remote presentations in panels/roundtables with four to five speakers (excluding chair).
Accommodation in Robinson College, as well as car parking, will be booked and paid for during the registration process. Or you can return to your booking later and book accommodation and meals, but do not leave this too late as both accommodation and meals are limited.
Accommodation in Cambridge is expensive, on a par with London prices. Staying in Robinson College will be cheaper than staying in local hotels, but please remember these are the rooms used by students in term time and are therefore basic in decor and amenities. There are 2 types of accommodation available to us within the College – En-suite and Standard Rooms. Twin en-suite bedrooms are also available. All bedrooms are serviced every day by the renowned Cambridge ‘bedders’.
En-suite rooms have their own shower, toilet and wash basin.
